Vitamin D
As the principal regulator of calcium homeostasis, Vitamin D, a pro-hormone, is the key to skeletal development and bone mineralization. Our Vitamin D Supplement containing Cholecalciferol is the naturally occurring form of vitamin D. Cholecalciferol is made in large quantities in your skin when sunlight strikes your bare skin, however, the use of a synthetic sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) of 8 can inhibit more than 95% of vitamin D production in the skin. The supplement is used daily through one drop on the tongue.

Arnica 1M
Arnica Montana is a naturally occurring flowering plant. It is part of our bruise prevention protocol and is taken prior to treatment to minimize swelling and bruising. Arnica has been shown to assist the normal healing process by facilitating transport of blood and fluid accumulations through a dilating action of subcutaneous blood capillaries.
